Design-Build & Partnering
Our Design-Build program is thoughtfully initiated when a client comes to us with a vision, sometimes even as simple as a rough sketch on a plat and allows us to bring it to reality. Our team engages and controls the necessary design disciplines (Architect, Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical engineers, etc.) and works closely with them to ensure smooth and expedited permitting, efficient construction timing and tight budget control. Experienced with hundreds of Design-Build projects, our team has mastered this approach to construction and has saved numerous clients a lot of money and even more unnecessary headaches.
Partnering becomes the best approach to constructing a project when a client chooses to control the design process by directly hiring and controlling the necessary professional designers. We, as General Contractor, have a seat at the planning table early in the process to help identify and avoid excess and/or unnecessary expenditures. By virtue of our experience with diverse municipalities and properties ranging from raw sites to fourth and fifth generation spaces, we have learned how to identify opportunities to trim expenses and satisfy governing authorities.
